BREXIT TRADE TARIFFS

Earlier today, the UK Government issued a statement relating to UK Trade Tariffs. In the event of a "No Deal BREXIT", the UK will cut most import trade tariffs to 0%. This may affect some 87% of imports, but will exclude certain meat, dairy and other products.

Bear in mind that ALL goods imported into the UK are subjected to Import Duty Tariffs. This has always been the case and will continue to be so. The major changes that will take place will be those relating to goods imported into UK from EU countries, as currently, being a member of the EU, intra EU Trade is not subjected to UK Customs procedures. This will be the main change to traders.

We are expecting to receive further information relating to this matter, along with a LINK to the Government website. As soon as this information is released, we will issue further updates on our website and via Social Media.
